Sled Push
In teams of 2:
50 Ft sled push relay
Each person on the team must push the sled 50 ft.
Weight=1/2 body weight of the athlete pushing the sled
Calculate the weight prior and plan accordingly for a smooth transition between teammates!
20 Burpee penalty for 2nd place. 🙂

Min 1 : 8 DB Thrusters (35/25)
Min 2: 12 Pushups
Min 3: 200 M Sprint x 2 OR 100 M lateral bear crawl depending on weather
