then..

2 rounds:

10 walking lunges

10 kbs

10 kb sumo squats

Strength

front squats+backsquat (5+5×4)

perform 5 front squats then rack the weight and immediately perform 5 backsquats

Strength

kb back foot elevated split squats (4×10/leg)

with kettlebells in both hands perform a split squat aka lunge with back foot on a 35-45lb plate
