3 rounds:

5 up dog/down dog

5 walking lunges

5 jumping squats

Strength

db curls (5×12)

not alternating

Strength

front rack barbell walking lunges (4×8/leg)

place barbell in front rack position and perform walking lunges. You may add weight if form is good and it feels easy.

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

15 min amrap:

10 jumping lunges

5 target burpees (touch pull up bar)

10 v ups

5 up down planks
