10 pvc good mornings

Strength

Db Front foot elevated split squats (4×10/leg)

Place foot on 35-45lb plate. Dumbbells in both hands

Strength

Single leg db rdl (4×10/leg)

Hold on to rig for assistance

Accessory Work

Wall sits (5x1min)

Place a plate on legs for a challenge
