8 wall ball over the shoulder throws

5 wall ball cleans (power is ok)

Weightlifting

hang power cleans (5×5 @65%)

*barbell should start right above kneecap

Strength

sumo deadlifts (5×8)

60-70%

Strength

single leg db rdl (staggerd legs) (5×8/leg)

stagger legs and tempo 3 sec to the bottom
