10 (very light) change plate oh press

10 ring rows

db overhead carries (5x100m)

walk to the 50m mark and back with dbs over head

Strength

table top planks (weighted) (5x:30 sec)

make body like a table, with belly facing towards the ceiling and place a weight on belly.

*:30 sec rest btwn sets

10 double unders (30 singles)

15 ab mat sit ups
