8 db goblet squats

10 empty bb goodmornings

Strength

sumo deadlifts (7×1)

work to 1rm

Strength

hammer curls (5×8/arm)

tempo, 3 sec descent

*not alternating

Strength

deficit push ups (5×8)

place hands on 35-45lb plate and perform push up. chest must tap the ground.

*scale with knee push ups or no deficit
