8 ab mat sit ups

5 push ups

Strength

Partner strength sesh

complete as partner strength(not a wod):

100 back rack walking lunges

50 bear crawls

100 db tricep ext

100 wall ball sit up toss(partners work at same time on this one)

*both partners use separate equipment except for wall ball

*both partners work at different time except for wall ball sit ups

*both partners split up work 50/50
