8 empty bb good mornings

8 walking lunges

10 empty bb back squats

Strength

back squats (7×1)

work to a 1 rep max

Strength

sots press (4×8)

use kbs or dbs (press with both arms at one time in the bottom position of a squat)

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds:

15 wall balls

3 wall walks

15 deadlifts

15 db goblet squats
